CASE STUDY: FACEBOOK

Facebook commissioned Helena Price to create an intimate "Day in the Life" photo and video series documenting their designers' experiences across global offices. The project spanned five cities—Menlo Park, New York, Seattle, London, and Tel Aviv—with Price and a single crew member moving swiftly between locations.

Each narrative began in the subject's home, capturing morning rituals before following them through their commutes, workday experiences, team interactions, and evening social activities. This intimate approach offered unprecedented glimpses into life at one of the world's most sought-after companies.

The project utilized Price’s expertise in communications, narrative storytelling, and visual media. Her lean, adaptable production style enabled authentic documentation of each subject's world, while her storytelling approach transformed what could have been standard corporate content into compelling human narratives.

Through these personal portraits, Price created a campaign that went beyond showcasing workplace culture, offering audiences genuine insight into the diverse lives of Facebook's global design team. The resulting series successfully humanized the company's workforce while providing an authentic look at life within one of tech's most influential organizations.
